摘要
目的 研究火针治疗骨转移癌引起疼痛的临床效果.方法 选取河北省承德市中医院 2019 年 1 月至 2023年1月收治的骨转移癌中重度疼痛患者 200例,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各 100例.试验组采用火针治疗,对照组采用奥施康定治疗.比较两组疼痛治疗效果.比较两组治疗前后应激反应因子肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、皮质醇(Cor)的表达水平、卡诺夫斯凯计分(KPS)、不良反应总发生率.结果 试验组疼痛疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组应激反应因子E、NE、Cor表达水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组KPS高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 火针治疗骨转移癌引起的疼痛效果可靠,不增加不良反应,是临床有效的姑息治疗手段,有进一步研究价值.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of fire acupuncture therapy on pain caused by bone metastasis cancer.Methods A total of 200 patients with moderate or severe pain due to bone metastasis cancer from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected in Chengde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,they were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with fire acupuncture and the control group was treated with Oxycontin.The expression levels of stress response factors epinephrine(E),norepinephrine(NE),and cortisol(Cor),Karnofsky performance score(KPS)and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The treatment effect of pain in experimental group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of stress response factors E,NE,and Cor in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the KPS scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental groups was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of fire acupuncture therapy on pain caused by bone metastasis cancer is reliable and don't increase adverse reaction.It is an effective palliative treatment in clinic and has further research value.
