西北汉简所见内科疾病问题探究

摘要
西北汉简中有大量记载内科疾病的史料,对其梳理和研究具有重要的现实意义.文章通过梳理西北地区出土的简牍文献资料,将汉代戍边民众所患内科疾病分为伤寒、伤汗、疾温、头痛、四节不举等几个类别;并结合历史条件及中医病因说分析戍边民众患病原因;同时结合简文对汉代内科疾病治疗方法进行分析.旨在通过对西北汉简所载相关内科疾病的相关探讨,为医史研究及当今某些疾病治疗提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
There are a large number of historical records of medical diseases in Northwest Han bamboo slips,which is of great practical significance for sorting out and studying them.The article categorizes the internal medicine diseases suffered by Han Dynasty border garrison residents into several categories,including typhoid fever,sweating injury,fever,headache,and four section failure by sorting out the literature materials of bamboo slips unearthed in the northwest region.It combines historical conditions and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine etiology to analyze the causes of illness among border residents.At the same time,this article analyzes the treatment methods of internal medicine diseases in Han Dynasty in combination with a brief article.This article aims to provide reference and inspiration for medical history research and the treatment of certain diseases by exploring the relevant internal medicine diseases recorded in Northwest Han bamboo slips.
