Effect of Xiao'er Kechuanling Granules combined with Salmeteroteicas-one in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma
Objective To explore the effect of Xiao'er Kechuanling Granules combined with Salmeteroteicasone in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma(hereinafter referred to as"asthma").Methods A total of 96 children with asthma treated in Beijing Miyun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Salmeteroteicasone,while observation group was treated with Xiao'er Kechuanling Granules on the basis of control group,the drug was administered continuously for two weeks.The clinical effect of two groups was compared;the pulmonary function(forced expiratory volume in first second[FEV 1],forced vital capacity[FVC],and peak expiratory flow[PEF]),symptom score,inflammatory index(hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],fractional exhaled nitric oxide[FeNO])of two groups were compared before treatment and two weeks after treatment;the safety of two groups was recorded.Results The cilnical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,FEV1/FVC%and PEF in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and observation group was higher control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP and FeNO in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiao'er Kechuanling Granules combined with Salmeteroteicasone can significantly improve the efficacy of children with asthma,improve symptoms,reduce the level of inflammation,improve lung function,and drug safety.
