Application of whole course management based on directed evaluation in patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy
Objective To explore the application value of whole course management based on directed evaluation in patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with acute leukemia admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University from March 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the management mode during chemotherapy, the patients were divided into the experimental group(the whole process management mode of directional evaluation was adopted)50 cases, and the control group(cluster care was used)46 cases. The incidence of infection, nutritional status, and bone marrow suppression during chemotherapy were compared between the two groups. Results The total infection rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the expressions of serum albumin, prealbumin, and transferrin in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The degree of bone marrow suppression in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course management model based on directional evaluation can improve the nutritional status of acute leukemia patients, reduce the degree of bone marrow suppression, and reduce the incidence of infection.
