Application effect of systematic rapid rehabilitation training in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after operation
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic rapid rehabilitation training in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Nantong,Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine training intervention,and the observation group received systematic rapid rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Postoperative pain,mobility function,quality of life,and hip function were compared between the two groups.Results The overall analysis showed that there were significant differences between the two groups in pain comparison,time point comparison and interaction(P＜0.05),further pairwise comparison and intra-group comparison:the pain scores of the two groups at each time point in the group were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Comparison between groups:the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at all time points after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the action function scores and hip function scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Systematic rapid rehabilitation training can improve the mobility function and quality of life of elderly patients after femoral neck fracture surgery,and reduce the level of pain in patients,which has important application significance.
