Application effect of high quality nursing combined with seamless nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing combined with seamless nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in the First People's Hospital of Suzhou,Anhui Province from June 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects.Patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing combined with high-quality nursing,and the experimental group received seamless nursing based on the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,nursing satisfaction,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,activity of daily living(ADL)score,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,and those of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,PSQI scores in both groups were lower than those of before intervention,and the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction of experimental group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than before intervention,ADL score was higher than that before intervention,NIHSS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,ADL score was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of high-quality nursing combined with seamless nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction is more significant than that of conventional nursing,which can reduce patients'anxiety and depression,improve their sleep quality,neurological function and quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
