癫痫患者海马硬化研究的文献计量学和可视化分析

目的 通过CiteSpace对癫痫患者海马硬化研究现状、热点及趋势进行可视化分析。方法 应用CiteSpace对 2019年 1月至 2023年 8月中国知网及Web of Science核心合集数据库中癫痫患者海马硬化相关文献期刊、国家、机构和关键词等进行可视化分析,并绘制图谱。结果 共纳入中文文献 95篇,英文文献 977 篇。国内外发文量最多的杂志为癫痫杂志、EPILPSIA。国内外发文量最多的作者为许尚文、Cendes Fernando。国内外最活跃的机构为浙江大学医学院附属第二医院神经内科和伦敦大学学院。美国是这一领域的主要推动力。热点关键词有海马硬化、癫痫、颞叶癫痫,聚类为海马、颞叶癫痫、海马硬化等。结论 相关研究以国外为主,国内各机构有待提高,研究癫痫患者海马硬化的分子生物学方向可能成为近几年的研究热点。
Bibliometric and visual analysis of hippocampal sclerosis in epilepsy patients
Objective To visual analysis the current status,hotspots,and trends of hippocampal sclerosis in epilepsy patient using CiteSpace.Methods The literature related to hippocampal sclerosis in epilepsy in the databases of CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection from January 2019 to August 2023,including journals,countries,institutions,and keywords,and drawed visualization maps were analyzed by CiteSpace.Results A total of 95 Chinese literatures and 977 English literatures were included.The most widely published journals both domestically and internationally were Epilepsy Magazine and EPILPSIA.The most prolific authors both domestically and internationally were Xu Shangwen and Cendes Fernando.The most active institutions both domestically and internationally were the Department of Neurology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and University College London.USA was the main force in this field.The hot keywords include hippocampal sclerosis,epilepsy,and temporal lobe epilepsy,which were clustered into hippocampus,temporal lobe epilepsy,hippocampal sclerosis,etc.Conclusion Related research is mainly focused on foreign countries,domestic institutions needed to improve.Studying the molecular biology of hippocampal sclerosis in epilepsy has became a research hotspot in recent years.
