P物质在皮肤源性瘙痒发病机制中的研究进展

摘要
皮肤源性瘙痒的发生机制较为复杂且目前尚未完全阐明.P物质是一种由皮肤感觉神经元释放的神经肽,是介导瘙痒的重要物质基础.该物质可以通过P物质/神经激肽 1受体系统、P物质/G蛋白偶联受体X2系统激活肥大细胞,从而引发瘙痒.研究表明,降低P物质在血浆及皮肤组织中的表达能够缓解瘙痒症状.本文对P物质与皮肤源性瘙痒之间的关系及其在发病机制中的作用进行论述,以期为今后临床应用及基础研究提供思路.
Abstract
The mechanism of skin derived itching is complex and currently not fully elucidated.Substance P,a neuropeptide released by sensory neuron in the skin,is an important material basis for mediate itching.This substance can can be through the substance P/neurokinin-1 receptor system and substance P/mas-related G-protein coupled receptor X2 system activation of mast cells,causing itching.Research has shown that reducing the expression of substance P in plasma and skin tissue can alleviate itching symptoms.This article discusses the relationship between substance P and skin derived itching and its role in the pathogenesis,in order to provide ideas for clinical applications and basic research in the future.
