基于记忆信息加工理论和治未病思想的相关性探讨痴呆的防治思路

摘要
记忆衰退是痴呆发生、发展、传变的关键原因.从记忆信息加工角度去探析痴呆的发病机制,将痴呆传变进程总结为早期健忘—记忆衰退—认知功能下降—痴呆,发现其与中医治未病思想中未病先防—既病防变—病后防复的治疗理念有相似之处.本文拟从记忆衰退对痴呆发展的重要性出发,交叉认知心理学理论与中医学理论,分析记忆信息加工理论与治未病思想在延缓记忆衰退思路中的内在联系,并提出防治思路.即在痴呆的防治过程中,通过把握记忆的动态变化,关注既病防变这一关键时期,着重对早期健忘到记忆衰退这一过程进行控制,以增强患者的记忆训练,延缓记忆衰退,改善认知问题.
Abstract
Memory decline is the key reason for the occurrence,development,and transmission of dementia.The transmission process of dementia is summarized as early amnesia-memory decline-cognitive decline-dementia,and it is found that it is similar to the thought of Chinese medicine preventative treatment of prevention before illness-prevention after illness-prevention and recovery after illness by examining the pathogenesis of dementia from the perspective of memory information processing.Based on the importance of memory decline to the development of dementia,this paper examines the internal relationship between the theory of memory information processing and the thought of preventative treatment in delaying memory decline by combining the theories of cognitive psychology and traditional Chinese medicine,and proposes the idea of prevention and treatment.That is,in the prevention and treatment process of dementia,by grasping the dynamic changes of memory,paying attention to the critical period of prevention after illness,focusing on the control of the process from early amnesia to memory decline,in order to enhance the memory training of patients,delay memory decline,and improve cognitive problems.
