Analysis the incidence of arrhythmia after thoracoscopic surgery in elderly patients with lung cancer and its influencing factors
Objective To explore the incidence and influencing factors of arrhythmia in elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 300 elderly patients with lung cancer who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in Beijing Chest Hospital,Capital Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected. They were divid-ed into the arrhythmia group and non-arrhythmia group according to the incidence of arrhythmia in elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery. The general data and clinical data of two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of arrhythmia in elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results The incidence of arrhythmia in elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery was 20.67%(62/300).There were significant differences in age, hypertension, smoking history, postoperative pulmonary infection,post-operative electrolyte disorder, and postoperative constipation between two groups(P<0.05).Age(OR=1.900),hypertension(OR=2.180),postoperative pulmonary infection(OR=2.410),postoperative electrolyte disorder(OR=1.717),and postopera-tive constipation(OR=1.499)were the risk factors for arrhythmia in elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,hypertension, postoperative pulmonary infection, postoperative electrolyte disturbance, and postoperative constipation are the risk factors for arrhythmia in elderly patients with lung cancer after thoracoscopic surgery.Targeted intervention can be conducted to reduce the risk of arrhythmia.
