基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer可视化分析针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中的研究热点与趋势

摘要
目的 探索针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中领域的研究热点与趋势.方法 检索自建库至 2022 年 11 月中国知网、维普网、万方数据知识服务平台关于针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中的相关文献并利用 CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件绘制相关知识图谱.结果 共纳入相关文献 2747篇,产生以唐强为代表的 7 个作者合作团队;发文量最多的机构为广州中医药大学;热点关键词为脑卒中、康复训练、针刺等.结论 针灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中领域正处于蓬勃发展时期,已形成稳定合作团队,临床观察和分子机制研究是当下的研究热点,康复机器人等新技术的应用是该领域的未来趋势.
Abstract
Objective To explore the research hotspots and trends in the field of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of stroke.Methods From the establishment of the database to November 2022,relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training for stroke treatment on CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data knowledge service platforms was retrieved and relevant knowledge maps were drawn using CiteSpace and VOSviewer software.Results A total of 2 747 relevant papers were included,generating seven collaborative teams represented by Tang Qiang;the institution with the most publications was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine;and the hot keywords were stroke,rehabilitation training,acupuncture,and so on.Conclusion The field of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for the treatment of stroke is in a booming period,and a stable cooperative team has been formed;clinical observation and molecular mechanism research are the hot spots of the current research,and the application of new technologies such as rehabilitation robot is the future trend of the field.
