Effects of ERAS concept combined with orthopedic rehabilitation nursing on pain and recovery after hip arthroplasty in patients with femoral neck fracture
Objective To explore the effects of ERAS concept combined with orthopedic rehabilitation nursing on pain and recovery after hip arthroplasty in patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with femoral neck fracture treated in Maanshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Anhui Province from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected, they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given orthopaedic routine rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group was given orthopaedic routine rehabilitation nursing combined with ERAS concept. The postoperative recovery of the two groups was compared before and after intervention, including hip function, hip replacement effect, visual analogue scale(VAS)score, postoperative conditions, and postoperative complications. Results After intervention, all hip function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of hip replacement effect in both groups were higher than that before intervention, and those of observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);VAS scores of the two groups were lower than that before intervention, and those of observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the days of hospitalization and the time of getting out of bed after operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS concept combined with orthopedic rehabilitation nursing can shorten the postoperative hospital stay and time required to get out of bed of patients with neck of femur fracture, alleviate postoperative pain, reduce complications, and promote postoperative hip joint recovery.
