Research progress on the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of coro-nary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression in traditional Chi-nese medicine
Anxiety and depression often occur in conjunction with cardiovascular diseases,which have adverse effects on patients'physical and mental health and quality of life.This article is based on the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the thinking core of syndrome differentiation and treatment,analyze the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression in clinical practice.This article explores the prescription rules of Chinese medicine in treating coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression by combing and summarizing the traditional Chinese medicine decoction,acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies used in clinical treatment in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of clear efficacy,diverse forms,easy acceptance,and minimal side effects in treating coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression.It is worth further combining with clinical basic treatment to jointly assist patients in their recovery.
