Investigation on resource sharing in the collaborative development mode of gastroenterology in Beijing municipal hospital
Objective To investigate the current situation of resource sharing in the collaborative center of gastroenterology in Beijing Municipal Hospital,and to provide reference for exploring the resource sharing mode of the collaborative center.Methods From June to July 2020,a simple random sampling method was used to randomly select 169 doctors from 609 digestive departments in the digestive collaborative center to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze sharing intention,sharing platform awareness,sharing participation,and sharing satisfaction.Results A total of 165 valid questionnaires were collected with an effective recovery rate of 97.6%.The proportion of doctors with different professional titles participating in resource sharing was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of doctors with different education levels and professional titles participating in sharing frequency were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the proportion of the number of shared units among doctors with different education levels(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression showed that the departments'reward and punishment mechanism and the respondents'participation in resource sharing were the influencing factors to improve the satisfaction of resource sharing in collaborative centers(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The resource sharing of the collaborative center of gastroenterology in Beijing municipal hospital has achieved initial results.It is expected that the experience of resource sharing of the collaborative center of gastroenterology can be extended to more clinical disciplines in the future.
