Objective To explore the impact of multidimensional drive fusion iceberg theory intervention combined with Snyder hope theory impact in patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with aplastic anemia admitted to the Department of Hematology Huaian First People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were studied by convenient sampling method,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given Snyder hope theoretical nursing,and the observation group was given multidimensional drive fusion iceberg theoretical intervention based on the control group,the coagulation function and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the quality of life scale scores of cancer patients module in two groups were higher than that before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The Herth hope index of the two groups was higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional driven fusion iceberg theory intervention combined with Snyder hopes that the theory can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with aplastic anemia,and thus improve the quality of life.
