Research progress of microRNA involved in the regulation of immune cells in immune thrombocytopenia
MicroRNA is a class of non-coding RNA that have gene expression and regulation functions and is involved in many physiological processes.Their abnormal expression is closely related to the occurrence of immune thrombocytopenia.MicroRNA regulate gene expression mainly by regulating adaptive and specific immune cells, and affect the immune response in immune thrombocytopenia. This article reviews the current status and progress of research on the influence of microRNA on immune thrombocytopenia by regulating the expression of monocytes, macrophages, regulatory T cells, helper T cells 17,B cells, and regulatory B cells,in order to provide new ideas and new targets for future treatment of this disease.
