Clinical effect of Yuye Jinhua Qingre Tablets in treating acute laryn-gopharyngitis
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yuye Jinhua Qingre Tablets in treating acute laryngopharyngitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute laryngopharyngitis were selected from the Department of Otolaryngology,Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone Hospital from September to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets,and observation group was treated with Yuye Jinhua Qingre Tablets on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 5 d.The clinical effect of two groups was compared;the scores of pharyngeal pain,dry itching cough,and pharyngeal congestion before and after treatment were compared between two groups;the regression time of pharyngeal pain,dry itching cough,and pharyngeal congestion before and after treatment were compared between two groups;the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),and neutrophil count before and after treatment were compared between two groups;the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was observed.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pharyngeal pain,dry itching cough,and pharyngeal congestion,and CRP,WBC,and neutrophil count in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The regression time of pharyngeal pain,dry itching cough,and pharyngeal congestion in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no gastrointestinal discomfort or adverse reactions of liver and kidney in both groups.Conclusion Yuye Jinhua Qingre Tablets is effective in treating acute laryngopharyngitis and can be widely used.
