Application effect of touch combined with rehabilitation intervention in newborns with mild hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy
Objective To explore the application effect of touch combined with rehabilitation intervention in newborns with mild hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods A total of 96 children with mild HIE admitted to Hebei Children's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group by using random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention, and the observation group was treated with menorrhaphy and touch intervention based on routine rehabilitation intervention. The mental development and motor function of the two groups were observed before and after six months of intervention. Results After intervention, head circumference, body length, and body weight of both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention, the scores of mental development index and psychomotor development index in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after intervention, the scores of Peabody motor development scale 2nd edition in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of touch and rehabilitation intervention can promote the physical and intellectual development of HIE children, and help improve their motor function.
