Application of risk prediction combined with homogenization nursing pathway in radiotherapy of advanced lung cancer
Objective To explore the application of risk prediction combined with homogenization nursing pathway in radiotherapy of advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer who underwent selective radiotherapy into Anhui Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group General Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were included. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received homogenized nursing pathway, and the observation group applied risk prediction combined with homogenized nursing pathway. The incidence of radiotherapy complications, patients'awareness of radiotherapy knowledge and self-care ability, patients'score on nursing quality were compared. Results The total incidence of radiotherapy complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The cognition scores and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of self-care ability in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of nursing quality in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prediction combined with homogenization nursing pathway has good application value in radiotherapy for advanced lung cancer.
