Point selection and medication rule of acupoint application for postopera-tive deficiency of qi and blood constipation
Objective To analyze the rule of acupoint selection and medication application for postoperative constipation of deficiency of qi and blood by using data mining.Methods The relevant literatures in China Biomedical Literature Database,China Journal Full-text Database,WanFang Data,and VIP Database were searched from the established database to March,2023.Prescriptions were extracted and Excel database was established.High frequency analysis,meridian normalization analysis,and cluster analysis were carried out on acupoints and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions using ancient and modern medical record cloud platform(V2.3.5).Results A total of 75 literatures were included,and 75 prescriptions of acupoints,and 73 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained,involving 20 acupoints and 70 tastes of traditional Chinese medicine.The top five acupoints of high frequency acupoints were shénquē,tiānshū,zúsānlǐ,zhōngwǎn,and qìhǎi.The top five high frequency Chinese medicines were Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma,Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,Aurantii Fructus Immaturus,Natrii Sulfas,and Angelicae Sinensis Radix.Conclusion The selection of acupoint application for deficiency of qi and blood constipation is usually based on local shénquē,tiānshū,zhongwǎn,and qìhǎi and distal zusānlǐ.The selection of traditional Chinese medicine is based on Dachengqi Tang composed of Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma,Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,Aurantii Fructus Immaturus,and Natrii Sulfas.
