Expression level of tumor marker Hsp90α in peripheral blood of patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer and its prognosis assess-ment
Objective To analyze the expression level of heat shock protein 90 α(Hsp90α)in peripheral blood of patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer and its prognostic effect. Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer combined with malignant pleural effusion admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital in Anhui Province from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as group A,a total of 80 patients with benign pleural effusion admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital in Anhui Province during the same period were selected as group B and a total of 80 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination were selected as group C.The expression level of tumor marker Hsp90α in peripheral blood of the three groups was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Kaplan-Meier method evaluated the relationship between the expression of Hsp90α and the prognosis of patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer. Results The expression of tumor marker Hsp90α in peripheral blood of the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of tumor marker Hsp90α in peripheral blood of groups A and B were higher than that of group C,and group A was higher than group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the expression level of tumor marker Hsp90α in peripheral blood of patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer with different age, gender, tumor diameter, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, pathological grade, and smoking status(P>0.05).The OS and RFS of Hsp90α in high group were lower than those in low α group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of tumor marker Hsp90α in the peripheral blood of patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer was significantly increased, and its level was closely correlated with the prognosis and survival status, which can be used as an important indicator for the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer.
