摘要
心肌肥厚作为多种心血管系统疾病的病理过程,迄今现代医学尚无有效手段遏制其发生、发展.无论何种病因引起的心肌肥厚,针灸临床均选用"内关"作为重要腧穴处方,但其背后机制仍有待探索.本文通过梳理近年针刺单穴"内关"治疗心肌肥厚的文献,发现针刺"内关"可通过调节自主神经、改善心肌超微结构、调节信号通路、减轻炎症反应、降低血压,减轻心肌纤维化、控制心肌肥厚的发生、发展从而改善心肌肥厚对心功能的影响.本文为深入探讨针刺"内关"治疗心肌肥厚的机制研究提供有效证据支持.
Abstract
Cardiac hypertrophy,as a pathological process of various cardiovascular diseases,has no effective means to curb its development in modern medicine.Regardless of the etiology of cardiac hypertrophy,"nèiguān"is selected as an important acupoint prescription in acupuncture clinic,but the underlying mechanism remains to be explored.This article reviews the literature on the treatment of cardiac hypertrophy with acupuncture at the single point "nèiguān" in recent years,and finds that acupuncture at the"nèiguān"can alleviate myocardial fibrosis,control the occurrence,and development of cardiac hypertrophy,and improve the impact of cardiac hypertrophy on cardiac function by regulating autonomic nervous system,improving myocardial ultrastructure,regulating signal pathways,alleviating inflammatory reactions,and lowering blood pressure.This article provides effective evidence support for in-depth exploration of the mechanism of acupuncture at"nèiguān"for treating cardiac hypertrophy.
