Research progress on the relationship between theory of collaterals of traditional Chinese medicine and interstitial cystitis and its treatment rules and methods
Interstitial cystitis is a common chronic inflammatory disease in the urinary system,and its incidence is increasing.The disease has a long course,is prone to recurrent,and the treatment effect is poor.Therefore,it is necessary to seek more effective treatment methods.Theory of collaterals of traditional Chinese medicine is a characteristic part of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on this,combined with the experience of various doctors in the treatment of interstitial cystitis,it is believed that the pathogenesis of interstitial cystitis is based on the kidney-qi deficiency,the internal accumulation of dampness and heat,and the blockage of Jingfu meridians is its key pathogenesis.In the treatment should take into account the manifestation and root cause,syndrome differentiation treatment,on the basis of paying attention to removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals,tonifying kidney-qi,clearing heat,and diuresis as the basic law,in order to achieve certain results.
