Study on the consistency between the Chinese version of SNAP-Ⅳ scale-parents and the audiovisual integration continuous operation test in the assessment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children
Objective To explore the consistency between the Chinese version of swanson, olan, and Pelham-Ⅳ scale(SNAP-Ⅳ)-parents and the integration visual and auditory continuous performance test(IVA-CPT)in the diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children. Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,a total of 64 children with ADHD from the Department of Child Developmental Behavior,Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital were collected.IVA-CPT and the Chinese version of SNAP-Ⅳ scale-parents were used for symptom evaluation, and Cohen Kappa coefficient was used to describe the consistency of the two measures. Results In the hyperactivity/impulsivity dim-ension,the Kappa index was 0.562(P<0.001).In the attention deficit dimension, the Kappa index between the two was 0.409(P<O.001).Conclusion There is moderate consistency between Chinese SNAP-Ⅳ parent scale and IVA-CPT test in the diagnosis of ADHD in children. In order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of ADHD,it is suggested that the two test tools should be used together.
