Analysis of risk factors related to intracerebral hemorrhage
Objective To explore the related risk factors of intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 71 patients with were included from November 2021 to December 2022 in the First Clinical Medical College of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected as patient group. The general condition, past history, lifestyle, family history, admission blood pressure, random blood glucose, and biochemical indexes of all subjects were collected.Additionally,35 non-cerebral hemorrhage populations were selected for the control group during the same period based on the sample characteristics.Logistic regression analysis was used to screen out the independent risk factors associated with the occurrence of intracerebral hemorrhage. Results Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, random blood glucose, and homocysteine(Hcy)on admission in patient group were higher than those in control group, and cystine protease inhibitor C(CysC),total cholesterol, and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic-regression analysis showed that, the systolic blood pressure(OR=0.884,P=0.001),LDL-C(OR=21.521,P=0.007),and Hcy(OR=0.863,P=0.007)on admission were independent influencing factors associated with the occurrence of intracerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion The occurrence of intracerebral hemorrage is the result of combination of multiple factors. The increased systolic blood pressure, the increased Hey on admission may increase its risk, while the increased LDL-C may reduce its risk.In clinical care, more intensive monitoring of the patients with abnormalities in these indicators under surveillance is required.
