Application effect of Pituitrin combined with Oxytocin in uterine myomec-tomy
Objective To explore the application effect of Pituitrin combined with Oxytocin in uterine myomectomy.Methods A total of 82 patients with uterine fibroids who were to undergo uterine myomectomy in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Fuyang Cancer Hospital of Anhui Province from December 2019 to October 2022 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was injected with Oxytocin during operation,and observation group was injected with Pituitrin on the basis of control group.The levels of blood pressure,heart rate,and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)before operation(T0),15 min after injection(T1),and 1 h after injection(T2)of two groups were compared;and the operation status and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results Overall analysis:there were statistically significant in systolic blood pressure time,intergroup,and interaction between two groups(P＜0.05);intra-group comparison:systolic blood pressure at T1 was higher than that at T0,and when T2 was lower than that at T1(P＜0.05);comparison between groups:systolic blood pressure at T1 of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure time,inter-group,and interaction between two groups(P＞0.05).Overall analysis:there were statistically significant differences in heart rate time,intergroup,and interaction between two groups(P＜0.05);intra-group comparison:heart rate at T1 was higher than that at T0,when T2 was lower than that at T1(P＜0.05);comparison between groups:heart rate at T1 of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in SpO2 time,inter-group,and interaction between two groups(P＞0.05).The operation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the amount of blood loss during operation was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of cardiovascular adverse reactions between two groups(P＞0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Myometrium injection of Pituitrin combined with Oxytocin can shorten the duration of operation and hospital stay,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and complications.
