Application effect of family collaboration intervention in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome complicated with pregnancy
Objective To explore the application effect of family collaboration intervention in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome(APS)complicated with pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 APS patients with pregnancy admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected,according of random number table method,the patients were divided into group A and group B,with 50 cases in each group.Group A received routine care,while group B received collaborative intervention from family members on the basis of group A.The emotional state,self-care ability,medication compliance,and pregnancy complications were observed before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the positive emotion score in the positive and negative emotion scale in both groups was higher than before intervention,and the negative emotion score was lower than before intervention,and the positive emotion score in group B was higher than that in group A,and the negative emotion score was lower than that in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of the exercise of self-care agency and the Chinese version of the Morisky medication adherence scale-8 in both groups were higher than before intervention,and group B was higher than group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family collaborative intervention can improve the emotional state of APS pregnant women,enhance their self-care ability and medication compliance,and reduce other pregnancy complications.
