Effect of progressive rehabilitation training based on motivational behav-ior transformation on postoperative rehabilitation of postoperative pa-tients with tibiofibular fractures
Objective To explore the effect of progressive rehabilitation training based on motivational behavior transformation on the rehabilitation of postoperative patients with tibiofibular fractures. Methods A total of 100 patients with tibiofibular fractures treated at Maanshan People's Hospital,Anhui Province from March 2020 to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to random envelope method, with 50 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was given to control group, and progressive rehabilitation training intervention based on motivational behavior transformation was given to observation group. Both groups received 12 weeks of intervention.Manual muscle testing(MMT),and functional exercise compliance between two groups were compared at 12 weeks of intervention;self-management ability between two groups were compared before intervention and at 12 weeks of intervention. Results MMT grade of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).At 12 weeks of intervention, the scores of self-management ability in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The functional exercise compliance score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive rehabilitation training based on motivational behavior transformation can improve muscle strength grading,self-management ability, and functional exercise compliance in patients with tibiofibular fractures.
