A case report of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with intestinal tuberculosis
As common extrapulmonary tuberculosis, intestinal tuberculosis and cutaneous tuberculosis often lack specific clinical manifestations in the early stage, and are easy to be misdiagnosed and missed, leading to serious complications. In this paper, the clinical data of a case of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with intestinal tuberculosis were retrospectively analyzed. The main symptoms were left upper abdominal swelling pain accompanied by diarrhea, accompanied by skin abscess. After admission, pulmonary CT,colonoscopy, and pathological examination were completed, and the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with intestinal tuberculosis was clear, while the pathological diagnosis of cutaneous tuberculosis was still lacking.According to CT,colonoscopy, and pathological results, regular anti-tuberculosis therapy is effective, and has a good prognosis.Due to the difficulty of diagnosis, intestinal tuberculosis, and cutaneous tuberculosis,if not treated in time, may cause serious complications such as perforation and intestinal obstruction, and are prone to leave scars or even complicated with tumors, and the prognosis is poor.By comprehensively mastering the clinical data of the patient, the diagnosis of this case is clear, and the anti-tuberculosis treatment for extrapulmonary tuberculosis has significant effect, which can be used for clinical reference,so as to reduce the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
