Research progress of activity-dependent neuroprotective protein in tumors
Activity-dependent neuroprotective protein(ADNP)is a transcription factor. In recent years, studies have found that ADNP has tumor-related biological functions such as chromatin remodeling, cell cycle and proliferation regulation,DNA damage and repair, cell movement and metastasis, chemotherapy resistance, etc. It has different degrees of mutation and abnormal expression in a variety of tumors, and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. In this review, the molecular structure, functional characteristics, and research progress of ADNP in the occurrence and development of various tumors are reviewed in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
