活性依赖性神经保护蛋白在肿瘤中的研究进展

活性依赖性神经保护蛋白(ADNP)是一种转录因子.近些年来研究发现,ADNP具有染色质重塑、细胞周期与增殖调控、DNA损伤与修复、细胞运动与转移、化疗耐药等肿瘤相关生物学功能,在多种肿瘤中均存在不同程度的突变及异常表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关.本文综述了 ADNP的分子结构、功能特点及其在多种肿瘤发生、发展中的研究进展,旨在为肿瘤的诊治研究方向提供新思路.
Research progress of activity-dependent neuroprotective protein in tumors
Activity-dependent neuroprotective protein(ADNP)is a transcription factor.In recent years,studies have found that ADNP has tumor-related biological functions such as chromatin remodeling,cell cycle and proliferation regulation,DNA damage and repair,cell movement and metastasis,chemotherapy resistance,etc.It has different degrees of mutation and abnormal expression in a variety of tumors,and is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.In this review,the molecular structure,functional characteristics,and research progress of ADNP in the occurrence and development of various tumors are reviewed in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
