Effect of the integrated model of full anesthesia nursing combined with predictive nursing on pediatric anesthesia recovery period
Objective To explore the effect of the integrated model of full process anesthesia nursing combined with predictive nursing on the recovery period of pediatric anesthesia. Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted on 116 children who were admitted to Hunan Children's Hospital from September 2021to August 2022 and planned to undergo cardiac surgery. They were divided into control group and observation group using a double-blind lottery method, with 58 cases in each group. The control group of children received full anesthesia nursing integrated model nursing intervention. The observation group received a comprehensive anesthesia nursing integrated model combined with predictive nursing intervention. The levels of signs, anesthesia recovery status, and complications during the anesthesia recovery period among patients immediately after surgery(L1),immediately after entering the resuscitation room(L2),and during anesthesia awakening(L3)were compared. Results Overall analysis found that there were statistically significant differences in the level time,inter-group,and interaction of signs in the recovery period between the two groups(P<0.05).Further pairwise comparison:intra-group comparison and the level of signs during recovery from anesthesia at each time point in the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);comparison among groups, the level of signs during recovery from anesthesia the observation group were higher than those of the control group at all time points, and the differencs were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The recovery time of spontaneous respiration, spontaneous eye opening time, extubation time and resuscitation room time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated anesthesia nursing model combined with predictive nursing is helpful to stabilize the level of signs during recovery from anesthesia, promote recovery from anesthesia, and reduce the incidence of complications during recovery.
