Application effect of three-step analgesia combined with psychological nursing in patients with refractory cancer pain induced by spinal metas-tases
Objective To explore the application effect of three-step analgesia combined with psychological nursing in patients with refractory cancer pain induced by spinal metastases. Methods A total of 96 patients with refractory cancer pain induced by spinal metastases in Lishui Municipal Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were enrolled from January 2020 to December 2022.According to random number table method, they were divided into routine intervention group(48 cases)and combined intervention group(48 cases). The routine intervention group was given three-step analgesia combined with routine nursing, while combined intervention group combined psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine intervention group. The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and medical coping modes questionnaire(MC-MQ)between two groups were compared;and the satisfaction scores after intervention were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of VAS,SAS,and SDS of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those of combined intervention group were lower than those of routine intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the face score of two groups was higher than those before intervention, and the avoidance and submission scores were lower than those before intervention, and the face score of combined intervention group was higher than that of routine intervention group, and the avoidance and submission scores were lower than those of routine intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pain management, medication guidance, psychological intervention, and environmental comfort satisfaction in combined intervention group were higher than those in routine intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-step analgesia method combined with psychological nursing has high application value in patients with refractory cancer pain induced by spinal metastases.
