具有"药辅合一"双重特性的中药凝胶在糖尿病足溃疡中的研究进展

摘要
糖尿病足溃疡常导致难愈性慢性创面,传统的纱布等敷料难以满足当前临床治疗的需求.新型"药辅合一"中药凝胶具备了治疗和敷料的双重特性,具有抗炎、抗溃疡和伤口修复等药理活性,同时能够提供创面修复所需要的湿润环境,有较好的伤口包裹性及优秀的生物相容性和低毒性,从而更好地满足临床需求.本文就常见的"药辅合一"中药凝胶在创面愈合方面的研究进展进行综述,为糖尿病足溃疡的治疗及后续功能性敷料的开发研究提供基础.
Abstract
Diabetic foot ulcers often lead to refractory chronic wounds,and traditional dressings such as gauze are difficult to meet the needs of current clinical treatment.The new"unifying medicines and excipient"traditional Chinese medicine gel has the dual characteristics of treatment and dressing,with pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory,anti-ulcer,and wound repair,and can provide a moist environment required for wound repair,with better wound wrapping,excellent biocompatibility,and low toxicity,so as to better meet clinical needs.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine gel with dual characteristics of"unifying medicines and excipient"in wound healing,which provides a basis for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer and the development of subsequent functional dressings.
