Application and prospect of electronic tongue technology in Chinese medi-cine and Mongolian medicine
Electronic tongue technology is an intelligent detection technology that identifies and detects unknown liquid samples.It has the advantages of simple,convenient,fast,low cost,and good usability,and is widely used in food,medicine,and other fields.It replaces the human panel in routine analysis in drug development and manufacturing,and the risk of testing products using the human panel is greatly reduced,allowing for more reliable analytical results.This is of great significance for establishing a scientific,reasonable,and objective drug quality evaluation model,promoting the development of medicine,and the development and utilization of Mongolian medicine.Based on the basic principle and composition of electronic tongue technology,this paper reviews the evaluation,identification,characterization,material basis,processing,quality control,and other research of electronic tongue on the five flavors of Chinese medicine(acid,bitterness,sweetness,spicy and salty),and uses this as a reference to prospect the application of electronic tongue technology in the six flavors of Mongolian medicine(sweet,sour,salty,bitter,bitter,and astringent),to provide reference for its future application in six flavors of Mongolian medicine.
