针刺治疗膝骨关节炎机制的研究进展

摘要
膝骨关节炎(KOA)是以关节疼痛和功能障碍为主要表现的常见退行性关节疾病,慢性低度炎症起核心作用.针刺治疗在临床治疗中广泛应用,治疗效果显著,然而其具体作用机制仍未明确.针刺减轻KOA炎症反应的机制涉及巨噬细胞、细胞因子、肠道菌群、炎症信号通路等方面.本文总结近年关于针刺减轻KOA炎症反应的相关文献,对针刺减轻KOA炎症反应的作用机制作一总结,以期为临床治疗提供依据.
Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common degenerative joint disease mainly manifested by joint pain and dysfunction,and chronic low-grade inflammation plays a core role.Acupuncture treatment is widely used in clinical treatment and has a remarkable therapeutic effect,but the specific mechanism of action is still not clear.The mechanism of acupuncture alleviating the inflammatory response of KOA involves macrophages,cytokines,intestinal flora,and inflammatory signal pathway,etc.This paper summarizes in recent years about acupuncture alleviating KOA inflammatory response related literature,reduce KOA inflammatory mechanism of acupuncture,in order to provide the basis for clinical treatment.
