非特异性腰痛的机制及治疗研究进展

非特异性腰痛发病无明确的解剖学或生理学原因,国内外学者尚未对其致病机制达成共识.目前该疾病的治疗方法多种多样,以非手术、非药物治疗的方式最为普遍.由于其迁延难愈,反复发作,严重影响生活质量,对患者精神、心理造成巨大压力.因此,研究其发病机制以更好选择有效的治疗方法,改善患者的健康状态和生活质量极为重要.本文就非特异性腰痛致病机制和治疗的研究进展予以综述.
Research progress on the mechanism and treatment of non-specific low back pain
The pathogenesis of non-specific low back pain has no clear anatomical or physiological cause,and scholars at home and abroad have not reached a consensus on its pathogenesis.At present,there are a variety of treatment methods for this disease,and the most common is non-surgical and non-drug treatment.Because of its prolonged and difficult to cure,repeated attacks,seriously affect the quality of life,mental and psychological pressure on patients.Therefore,it is very important to study its pathogenesis in order to better choose effective treatment and improve the health status and quality of life of patients.This article reviews the research progress on pathogenesis and treatment of non-specific low back pain.
