摘要
腹膜透析作为终末期肾病的常用替代疗法,其并发症影响患者的生活质量和治疗效果.西药多以对症处理为主,效果参差不齐.中医药,特别是经方,在改善腹膜透析并发症的临床症状、减轻炎症反应等方面有着难以替代的优势.本文总结近年来经方在防治营养不良、腹膜炎、呼吸道感染、便秘、水肿、不良情绪等常见腹膜透析并发症中的研究进展,以期进一步提高临床中医药治疗腹膜透析并发症的效果,延长其应用时间,降低透析失败率.
Abstract
Peritoneal dialysis is a common alternative therapy for end-stage renal disease,and its complications affect patients'quality of life and treatment results.Western medicine is mainly symptomatic treatment,the effect is uneven.Traditional Chinese medicine,especially the classic prescriptions,has irreplaceable advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of peritoneal dialysis complications and alleviating inflammation.This article summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating peritoneal dialysis complications such as malnutrition,peritonitis,respiratory tract infection,constipation,edema,and bad mood in recent years,in order to further improve the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on peritoneal dialysis complications,extend its application time,and reduce the dialysis failure rate.
