摘要
肛瘘是以肛周硬结、反复破溃流脓、瘙痒为主要临床表现的感染性疾病.手术是其主要治疗方法.中医药治疗肛瘘术后创面愈合临床效果显著,可有效调节机体免疫功能、控制创面感染、减轻术后并发症、促进肉芽组织生长,从而达到消肿祛瘀、敛疮生肌之效.但中医药治疗肛瘘术后创面愈合尚存在研究方法单一、作用机制研究不足等问题.本文通过阐述相关炎症因子、生长因子、信号通路、免疫球蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶等影响肛瘘术后创面愈合的机制,旨在为基础研究和临床实践提供可靠的理论依据和新的思路.
Abstract
Anal fistula is an infectious disease with perianal hardness,recurrent rupture and pus flow,itching as the main clinical manifestations.Surgery is the main treatment method.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of postoperative wound healing of anal fistula is clinically effective,can effectively control wound infection,regulate the body's immune function,reduce postoperative complications,promote the growth of granulation tissue,so as to achieve the effect of eliminating swelling and eliminating blood stasis,convergence of sores and muscle growth.However,Chinese medicine treatment of postoperative wound healing of anal fistula still exists in a single research method,insufficient research on the mechanism of action and other problems.In this paper,we describe the mechanisms of inflammatory factors,growth factors,signaling pathways,immunoglobulins and matrix metalloproteinases affecting postoperative wound healing after anal fistula surgery,aiming to provide a reliable theoretical basis and new ideas for basic research and clinical practice.
