Bibliometric and visualization analysis of acute kidney injury based on CiteSpace
Objective To visually analyze the research status, trend, and hotspots of acute kidney injury. Methods The relevant literatures on acute kidney injury from CNKI and Web of Science core collection database were collected, the search was conducted from January 2012 to December 2021.The country, author, and keywords were visually analyzed by CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software. Results The number of published Chinese literature was stable, while the number of published English literature was rising rapidly.Relevant studies were mainly concentrated in the United States,China, and Germany.Ding Xiaoqiang,Liang Xinling, and Ni Zhaohui were the top three authors in Chinese literature, while Ronco C,Kellum JA,and Bellomo R were the top three authors in English literature. The top three high-frequency keywords in Chinese literature were sepsis, risk factors, and prognosis, forming a total of 11 clusters, and the breakout words were heart failure, mitochondria, etc. The top three high-frequency keywords in English literature were mortality, outcome, and disease, which formed a total of 8 clusters, and the emergent words were infection, care and so on.Conclusion Acute kidney injury develops rapidly in foreign countries, the etiology, pathogenesis, alternative therapy, and prognosis of acute kidney injury are the hot spots of research, and the frontiers of research are protection, predictive model, fluid resuscitation and so on.
