基于CiteSpace的非编码RNA与动脉粥样硬化关系的可视化分析

目的 分析非编码RNA(ncRNAs)与动脉粥样硬化研究的发展情况、研究热点与前沿趋势.方法 通过中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普、PubMed和Web of Science数据库检索 2013 年 1 月至 2023 年 8 月ncRNAs与动脉粥样硬化研究的相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R3软件对发文量、作者合作关系及研究机构分析,对关键词进行共现、变迁时间线分析,绘制知识可视化图谱.结果 共获得中文文献296篇、英文文献640篇,2013-2023年发文量总体呈增长趋势.中文文献中发文量最多的作者是胡炎伟,英文文献作者为Taheri Mohammad和Maegdefessel Lars.中文文献发文机构以南方医科大学南方医院发文量最多,英文文献以Central South University最多.关键词分析显示,ncRNAs与动脉粥样硬化研究内容主要集中在冠心病、炎症、细胞增殖、细胞凋亡等方面.结论 ncRNAs与动脉粥样硬化研究正处于高速发展时期,ncRNAs对动脉粥样硬化等疾病的作用研究成为主要研究热点.
Visual analysis of the relationship between non-coding RNA and ather-osclerosis based on CiteSpace
Objective To analyze the development,research hotspot,and frontier trend of non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)and atherosclerosis.Methods CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,PubMed,and Web of Science were used to search the literatures related to ncRNAs and atherosclerosis research from January 2013 to August 2023,and CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software was used to analyze the number of publications,the cooperative relationship between authors and research institutions.The cooccurrence and transition time line of key words were analyzed,and the knowledge visualization map was drawn.Results A total of 296 literatures in Chinese and 640 in English were obtained,and the number of published literatures showed an overall increasing trend from 2013 to 2023.The author with the most publications in Chinese was Hu Yanwei,while the authors in English were Taheri Mohammad and Maegdefessel Lars.Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University published the most Chinese literature,while Central South University published the most English literature.Keyword analysis showed that ncRNAs and atherosclerosis mainly focused on coronary heart disease,inflammation,cell proliferation,apoptosis,and other aspects.Conclusion The study of ncRNAs and atherosclerosis is in a period of rapid development,and the study of the effect of ncRNAs on atherosclerosis and other diseases has become a major research focus.
