王秀霞教授基于"相火以位"辨治卵巢癌的经验

摘要
卵巢癌是致死率较高的妇科恶性肿瘤,严重威胁女性的机体健康.目前采用的手术、化疗、靶向治疗等手段仍然无法改变其复发率高、生存率低的严峻现象.王秀霞教授经过多年中医药治疗卵巢癌的临床实践,立足于"相火以位"理论,认为相火固守坎位,是人体生长发展源源不断的动力.而离位的相火,变为阴火、妄火,成为异位的能量源.故将卵巢癌的病因病机归纳为相火失位、元阳不足、阴火附着、癌毒凝聚,并提出以引火归元、攻痰逐瘀为主的治疗大法,自拟理冲生髓饮.同时重视后天之本,强调身心同治,突出中医药个性化治疗优势.
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is a gynecological malignant tumor with high mortality,which seriously threatens women's health.At present,surgery,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and other means still can not change the severe phenomenon of high recurrence rate and low survival rate.Professor Wang Xiuxia,after many years of clinical practice in the treatment of ovarian cancer by traditional Chinese medicine,based on the theory of"ministerial fire to the place",believes that ministerial fire to the place is the continuous driving force for human growth and development.And the dislocated phase fire becomes y in fire,wang fire,and becomes a source of ectopic energy.Therefore,the etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian cancer are summarized as phase fire dislocation,lack of yuan yang,yin fire adhesion and cancer poison condensation,and the treatment of fire returning to yuan,attacking phlegm and removing blood stasis is proposed.Professor Wang Xiuxia summed up her experience formula Lichong Shengsui Yin.At the same time,should pay attention to the root of the acquired nature,emphasize the simultaneous treatment of body and mind,and highlight the advantages of personalized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
