谈平教授治疗类风湿关节炎临床经验

摘要
谈平教授认为类风湿关节炎的基本病机是本虚标实,根据多年临床经验,提出治疗类风湿关节炎早期以温通散寒、兼化瘀为主,后期以温经通络、滋补肝肾、兼化瘀为主,温经、化瘀贯穿整个治疗过程.谈平教授在治疗类风湿关节炎上重视辨病辨证相结合,中药功效与现代药理相结合,虫类药与藤类药相配,根据病位选用引药.本文总结谈平教授治疗类风湿关节炎的临床经验,以期为中医药治疗类风湿关节炎提供思路.
Abstract
Professor Tan Ping believes that the basic pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis is the deficiency of the original and the excess of the actual.Based on years of clinical experience,he proposes that the early treatment of rheumatoid arthritis should mainly focus on warming,dispersing cold,and concurrently resolving blood stasis.In the later stage,it should mainly focus on warming meridians,nourishing the liver and kidney,and concurrently resolving blood stasis.Warming meridians and resolving blood stasis run through the entire treatment process.Professor Tan Ping attaches great importance to the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology,the combination of insect drugs and vine drugs,and the selection of guiding drugs based on the disease location.This article summarizes Professor Tan Ping's clinical experience in treating rheumatoid arthritis,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine.
