摘要
目的 探讨赋能健康教育模式用于肺癌放化疗患者对自我效能感及自我管理能力的影响.方法 选取南京医科大学第一附属医院 2019 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月收治的 96 例肺癌患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组,各48例.放化疗期间参照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上行赋能健康教育干预.观察两组自我效能感、自我管理能力变化情况.结果 干预后,两组自我管理效能感评分均高于干预前,且研究组高于参照组(P＜0.05).干预后,研究组自我管理能力评分高于干预前,且研究组高于参照组(P＜0.05).结论 肺癌放化疗患者护理中行赋能健康教育,能够有效帮助患者提升自我效能,有助于增强其自我管理能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of empowering health education mode on self-efficacy and self-management ability in lung cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 96 patients with lung cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as subjects,the patients were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.During the period of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the reference group was given routine nursing,and the study group was empowered with health education intervention based on routine nursing.The changes of self-efficacy and self-management ability of the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the scores of self-management efficacy and self-management ability in the two group were higher than those before intervention,and those in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the self-management ability score of the study group was higher than that before intervention,and that of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Empowering health education in the nursing of patients with lung cancer radiotherapy,and chemotherapy can effectively help patients improve their self-efficacy and enhance their self-management ability.
