Application effect of information-motivation-behavior model guided risk management in patients after cataract surgery
Objective To analyze the application effect of information-motivation-behavior(IMB)model guided risk management in patients after cataract surgery. Methods A total of 119 cataract patients were selected from January 2021 to March 2023 in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Maanshan Shiqiye Hospital,Anhui Province. They were divided into control group(60 case)and experimental group(59 case)according to random number table method. The control group received routine intervention after surgery, and the experimental group received risk management guided by IMB model after surgery, all of which were intervention for one month. The degree of disease knowledge, pain, anxiety and depression, the occurrence of complications during intervention and the satisfaction after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the mastery scores of disease-related knowledge, health knowledge and medication knowledge in the two groups were higher than before intervention, and those of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of visual analog scoring,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than before intervention, and those of the experimental group was lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction situation of experimental group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of IMB model guided risk management in patients after cataract surgery was good.
