Effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing training on electrocardiogram improvement and prognosis of patients with unstable angina pectoris
Objective To investigate the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing training in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 114 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,57 cases in each group. The control group was given cardiac rehabilitation nursing training, and the experimental group was given hyperbaric oxygen therapy on this basis. Both groups were treated for four weeks and followed up for one year.Electrocardiogram improvement, angina pectoris duration, frequency of attacks, inflammation, myocardial injury, and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results After four weeks of treatment, the electrocardiogram improvement of experimental group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment, the duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were shorter than those before treatment, while the experimental group was shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of angina pectoris in the two groups were less than those before treatment, the experimental group was less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment, levels of serum interferon-γ,tumor necrosis factor-α,and hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in two groups were lower than those before treatment, while those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After four weeks of treatment, levels of serum creatine kinase isozyme-MB,cardiac troponin I in two groups were lower than those before treatment, while those of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in experimental group was lower than that in control group during follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with cardiac rehabilitation nursing training has a good effect on patients with unstable angina pectoris.
