Application of fast-track surgery concept in perioperative care of trigem-inal neuralgia optimized by 3D-slicer approach
Objective To investigate the application effect of fast-track surgery(FTS)concept in 3D-slicer software assisted optimization of perioperative care of surgical approach for trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A total of 71 patients diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia in the Fuyang People's Hospital,Anhui Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects. All patients were treated with percutaneous balloon compression assisted by 3D-slicer to optimize the surgical approach. The patients were divided into the control group(36 cases)and observation group(35 cases)by random number table method. The control group received perioperative routine nursing, and the observation group received FTS intervention based on the control group. The scores of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)before and after the intervention and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores at before and 24,48,72 hours after the intervention were compared between the two groups.General comfort questionnaire(GCQ)was compared between the two groups, and postoperative complications were recorded between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of CD-RISC in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and those of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS scores at 24,48,72 hours after surgery were lower than those before surgery, those at 48 and 72 hours after surgery were lower than those at 24 hours after surgery, those at 72 hours after surgery were lower than those at 48 hours after surgery, and the VAS scores of observation group at 24,48,72 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group at the same period, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The physiological, sociocultural, and psychological dimension scores of GCQ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the total complication rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FTS concept in perioperative nursing of patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated with percutaneous puncture and capsular compression assisted by 3D-slicer to optimize the surgical approach can significantly improve the psychological resilience of patients, reduce postoperative pain, improve comfort, and reduce surgical complications, which is conducive to promoting postoperative rehabilitation.
