Application of three-dimensional quality structure nutrition strategy com-bined with graded stage intervention in patients with upper gastrointesti-nal bleeding
Objective To explore the intervention effect of three-dimensional quality structure nutrition strategy combined with graded stage intervention in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to West China Hospital,Sichuan University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected, they were divided into control group and combined group using random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group underwent graded stage intervention, while the combined group applied three-dimensional quality structure nutrition strategy on this basis. Both groups intervened until discharge. The hemostasis time and hospitalization days were compared between two groups;nutritional status indicators before and after intervention were compared between two groups;the incidence of complications during the intervention period was recorded in both groups. Results The hemostasis time and hospitalization days in combined group were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the serum total protein, albumin, and hemoglobin levels of two groups were increased than those before intervention, and those in combined group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of three-dimensional quality structure nutrition strategy combined with graded stage intervention can shorten the hemostasis time and hospitalization days of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and improve nutritional status.
