冰玄涂膜剂的制备及体外透皮研究

目的 优选冰玄涂膜剂处方组成并研究其体外透皮特性.方法 采用单因素实验结合响应面法,以溶剂含醇量、成膜材料、增塑剂为考察因素,成膜时间、成膜性、均匀度等作为评价指标,优选冰玄涂膜剂的处方组成;采用Franz扩散池考察其体外透皮特性.结果 60%溶剂含醇量,10%PVA-124(成膜材料)、3%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(增塑剂)是冰玄涂膜剂最优处方组成.且该条件下制得的冰玄涂膜剂 36h后累计渗透量为 1 536.62 μg/cm2,渗透率为 256.47 μg/(cm2·h).结论 经优选的冰玄涂膜剂处方成剂稳定可靠,且透皮效果更佳.
Study on the preparation and in vitro transdermal of Bingxuan Paints
Objective To optimize the formulation of Bingxuan Paints and to study its in vitro transdermal characteristics.Methods The single factor experiment combined with response surface method was used to optimize the formulation of Bingxuan Paints with alcohol content of solvent,film forming material,and plasticizer as the factors,film forming time,film forming property,and uniformity as the evaluation indexes;the in vitro transdermal characteristics were investigated by Franz diffusion cell.Results The optimum formulation of Bingxuan Paints consisted of 60%alcohol content of solvent,10%of PVA-124(film forming material),and 3%of dibutyl phthalate(plasticizer).The cumulative permeability and permeability of the film prepared under these conditions were 1 536.62 μg/cm2 and 256.47 μg/(cm2·h)after 36 h.Conclusion The optimization Bingxuan Paints stable and reliable,and has better transdermal effect.
