Study on the preparation and in vitro transdermal of Bingxuan Paints
Objective To optimize the formulation of Bingxuan Paints and to study its in vitro transdermal characteristics.Methods The single factor experiment combined with response surface method was used to optimize the formulation of Bingxuan Paints with alcohol content of solvent,film forming material,and plasticizer as the factors,film forming time,film forming property,and uniformity as the evaluation indexes;the in vitro transdermal characteristics were investigated by Franz diffusion cell.Results The optimum formulation of Bingxuan Paints consisted of 60%alcohol content of solvent,10%of PVA-124(film forming material),and 3%of dibutyl phthalate(plasticizer).The cumulative permeability and permeability of the film prepared under these conditions were 1 536.62 μg/cm2 and 256.47 μg/(cm2·h)after 36 h.Conclusion The optimization Bingxuan Paints stable and reliable,and has better transdermal effect.
