肥胖引发低度炎症导致认知障碍的机制研究进展

随着肥胖率的上升,其对认知功能的潜在影响逐渐受到关注.肥胖状态下的代谢紊乱和慢性低度炎症可能是导致神经细胞功能障碍的关键因素,特别是脂肪组织产生的一些炎症细胞因子,已被证实能够穿越血脑屏障,进而影响中枢神经系统的功能.故本文重点探讨了肥胖如何诱发全身低度炎症,从而损害血脑屏障,引起肥胖相关的中枢炎症,进而导致认知障碍,并针对肥胖相关炎症提出治疗认知障碍的抗炎策略,以期为认知障碍的预防和治疗提供参考.
Research progress on the mechanism of cognitive impairment caused by low inflammation induced by obesity
With obesity rates on the rise,its potential impact on cognitive function has come into focus.Metabolic disorders and chronic low-grade inflammation in the state of obesity may be key factors leading to nerve cell dysfunction,especially some inflammatory cytokines produced by adipose tissue have been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier,thereby affecting the function of the central nervous system.Therefore,this paper focuses on how obesity induces low systemic inflammation,which damages the blood-brain barrier,causes obesity-related central inflammation,and then leads to cognitive impairment,and proposes anti-inflammatory strategies for the treatment of obesity-related inflammation,in order to provide references for the prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment.
