Application advances of immunofluorescent staining method in the detec-tion of myopia-related biomarkers
Immunofluorescence(IF)technology,also known as fluorescent antibody technology,is a tracer technology that emits fluorescence in ultraviolet light by binding to specific antigens or antibodies labeled with fluorophores.IF has high sensitivity and signal amplification ability.It is widely used in the differential diagnosis of bacterial viruses and parasites,the study of immunological mechanisms of some diseases,the identification of organ transplantation,and antigen tissue localization and so on.Myopia,as a refractive error disease,seriously affects the visual health of people.IF plays an important role in the study of myopia mechanism and treatment measures.This paper reviews the application advances of IF in the detection of myopia-related biomarkers in recent years.
